EASY, BREEZY, CHEESY STUFFED BREAD (DOMINO'S® COPYCAT RECIPE)
This cheesy stuffed bread is crispy on top, chewy inside and very cheesy, but beware... it's very dangerous. You can get addicted! I fell in love with this particular side from Domino's® and have been searching for a comparable recipe. After some trial and error I figured out one that is pretty darn close and won't cost me $12 for food, delivery fee, and tip when the craving is overwhelming late at night and my toddler is fast asleep. Serve with marinara sauce.

- Roll dough out into a large rectangle on a flat work surface. Brush with 3 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Flip dough over and scatter mozzarella cheese, Mexican cheese blend, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top. Fold the dough in half and press edges together with your fingers to seal.
- Brush remaining 1 tablespoon butter over dough and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Make shallow cuts 1 inch apart across the top with a knife, so that you can easily pull the bread apart after baking.

PARTY CHEESE BREAD
You can't go wrong with this recipe. The cheesy, butter bread is so simple to make but the taste is sinful. Plus it looks fantastic, and people just flock to it! It's better than the usual garlic bread with pasta, too. -Karen Grant, Tulare, California

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (180 degrees Celsius).
- In a bowl, combine the melted butter with the olive oil, garlic, onion, mustard, chili, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Slice the bread, but don't cut it all the way through to the base, so the slices remain attached at the bottom. Next slice lengthwise, again not all the way through, to get small diamond-shaped pieces.
- With a spoon, pour the seasoned butter between the slices and over the bread.
- Working carefully, fill the cuts evenly with shredded cheese, so that the whole loaf is full of cheese but still retains its shape.
- Wrap the loaf well in aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove from the oven and unwrap the top half of the bread. Return to the oven so the cheese turns golden and bubbly, about five to eightminutes more. Serve hot, straight from the oven, on a wooden surface or a nice serving platter.

Steps:
- Make the dough: Whisk the sugar and 3/4 cup warm water (about 105 degrees F) in a bowl. Sprinkle the yeast on top and set aside until foamy, about 10 minutes. Stir in the vegetable oil. Whisk the flour and salt in a large bowl. Make a well in the center, pour in the yeast mixture and stir with a wooden spoon to make a shaggy dough. Turn out onto a generously floured surface and knead until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes, dusting with more flour as needed. Form into a ball. Brush a large bowl with vegetable oil; add the dough, turning to coat with the oil. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and set aside at room temperature until doubled in size, about 1 hour, 30 minutes.
- Make the filling and topping: Toss 1/2 cup mozzarella, the cheddar, pecorino, garlic salt, granulated garlic and dried parsley in a bowl. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Put an inverted baking sheet in the oven; preheat for 10 minutes. Line another inverted baking sheet with parchment paper and sprinkle with the cornmeal. Cut the dough in half; transfer 1 piece to the parchment-lined baking sheet and stretch into an 8-inch square (keep the other piece of dough covered). Sprinkle 1 side of the square with 1/2 cup of the remaining mozzarella, then fold the dough in half to enclose the cheese, pressing to seal. Slice the dough crosswise at 1-inch intervals, stopping just before the folded edge. Sprinkle with half of the cheese-garlic mixture. Move the dough to 1 side of the baking sheet. Repeat with the remaining dough, mozzarella and cheese-garlic mixture on the other side of the baking sheet. Slide the bread on the parchment onto the hot baking sheet in the oven. Bake until the dough is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown, 12 to 14 minutes. Let cool slightly, then pull apart into breadsticks.

- Use your fingers or a knife to pry open each crack and drizzle in a teaspoon of butter and stuff in a pinch of cheese. This might sound like a bit of an effort, but I promise you it is worth it! You don't need to be super neat, it's nice to have some of the butter drizzled over the crust.

- In a mixing bowl or measuring cup combine warm milk (110 F), yeast, honey, oil, and eggs. Stir and set aside to foam for 3 mins.Pro-tip- instant yeast does not need to be activated but I like to ensure my yeast is good and working for me. You may choose to add all ingredients directly to the flour.
- When the dough is double in volume transfer to a well-dusted floured surface. De-gas, reshape into a ball. Then roll into a small log. Pro-tip - at this point there is no need for additional flour. So use a light dusting of flour

- Combine 2 cups flour, sugar, yeast and salt into the bowl of your stand mixer and mix on low until blended. Combine milk, water and butter in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high in 15 second increments until very warm but not hot to the touch (120° to 130°F. Butter won’t melt completely). Add to flour mixture and then add the egg.
- Mix with the paddle attachment for 2 minutes on medium speed, scraping the bowl as needed. Add 1 cup flour; beat 2 minutes at high speed. If necessary, stir in just enough remaining flour so that the dough will form into a ball.
- Lightly flour your counter top and knead the dough until smooth and elastic and dough springs back when lightly pressed with 2 fingers, about 6 to 8 minutes. (Alternately you can switch out the paddle attachment for your dough hook on the stand mixer and do this step with the dough hook).

- Place the dough back into a lightly greased mixing bowl and cover it with a clean tea towel. Let it double in size (around 90 mins). If you are using an Instant Pot, lightly grease the inner pot with olive oil and set the Instant Pot to 'Yogurt' mode. Let the dough sit inside for 50 minutes, until double in size. Use this time to make the filling for the bread rolls (see recipe below).
- Take out the dough, and on a lightly floured surface, knock out the air, and roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it is around ¼ inch thick and roughly shaped like a rectangle.
- Keep the cake tins in a warm place, covered with a clean tea towel to rise for the second time for 50 mins-1 hour. If you are using an Instant Pot, you can stack the cake pans and keep them inside the Instant Pot. Hit the 'Yogurt' setting and let it proof for 30 minutes. During this time, pre-heat the oven at 350 F (180C).
