This adorable Hedgehog Cheese Ball is the ultimate Cheese Spread with almonds, green onion and bacon!

Steps:
- Combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, bacon pieces and dill weed.
- Fold in green onion, salt and pepper.
- Refrigerate covered until solid. Shape into a ball, pine cone or hedgehog.
- Insert almonds into the cheese spread in rows.
- Optional: cut olive in half, use for nose. Slice olive and cut it in half and press in for eyes.

- Combine 2 ounces cream cheese, blue cheese, and vinegar in a small bowl. Add water, stir until creamy, and transfer to a larger bowl.
- Add remaining cream cheese, processed cheese spread, onion, and onion powder; mix until well combined. Mix in 1/2 cup walnuts until incorporated and shape into a ball.
- Spread plastic wrap on the counter and spread remaining walnuts over top. Roll cheese ball in nuts until completely covered, then place into a bowl to help it keep its shape. Refrigerate until firm, 8 hours to overnight.
