HERB AND CHEESE BISCUIT BITES



Herb and Cheese Biscuit Bites image

Make and share this Herb and Cheese Biscuit Bites recipe from Food.com.

1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons dried parsley
1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 (10 -12 ounce) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Steps:

  • Place butter in 9-inch pie pan. Heat in oven (or microwave if using a glass pan) until melted. Stir in herbs and cheese, blending well.
  • Cut biscuits in quarters. Swish each piece in melted mixture. Arrange pieces touching in pie pan.
  • Bake at 425°F for 12 minutes or golden brown. Let stand for a few minutes to absorb butter and herbs.

So fast and easy, hollowed out cucumber 'boats' are filled with a creamy chive and onion mixture with grated carrots, then cut into bite-size pieces.

1 carrot, shredded, divided
½ cup PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion 1/3 Less Fat than Cream Cheese
2 cucumbers, cut lengthwise in half, seeded

Steps:

  • Reserve 2 Tbsp. carrots. Mix remaining carrots with cream cheese; spoon into cucumber shells. Top with reserved carrots.
  • Cut each cucumber half into 5 pieces to serve.
