These tiny cheddar biscuits are a delicious snack for cocktail parties. Beware - once you start, it's difficult to stop noshing on them!

Steps:
- In a large bowl, mix together the butter, Cheddar cheese, pecans, cayenne pepper and salt until well blended. Gradually mix in flour, using your hands to work in the last bit. The result will be a stiff dough much like shortbread. Form the dough into logs about 1 inch thick, and 10 inches long. Wrap each log in waxed paper, and refrigerate until firm, at least 3 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Unwrap the chilled logs of dough, and slice into 1/4 inch thick rounds using a sharp knife. Place slices about 1 inch apart onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for exactly 12 minutes in the preheated oven, until firm and slightly browned at the edges. Allow wafers to cool for 1 minute before removing from the pan.

- In large bowl, beat all ingredients except cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until dough forms. Add cheese; beat on low speed until dough forms a ball. Shape dough into 2 (6x2-inch) logs. Wrap in plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Unwrap dough; cut into 1/4-inch slices with sharp knife. On ungreased cookie sheets, place slices 1 inch apart.
- Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until crisp around edges. Immediately remove from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely.

- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Beat butter, cheese and Worcestershire sauce in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add flour and pepper; mix well.

- Cut butter into flour.
- Add cheese and seasonings.
- Fold in cereal.
- Drop by small spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with back of spoon.

- In a large bowl, combine butter, cheese, pecans, dates and red pepper.
- Beat at medium speed with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Gradually add flour, beating until just combined.
- Wrap dough in plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Roll dough into 1-inch balls.
- Place balls 3 inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
- Using a flat-bottomed glass dipped in sugar, flatten balls to 1/4-inch thickness.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
- Let cool on pans for 2 minutes.

CRISPY CHEESE WAFERS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Grate the cheese on the fine side of a cheese grater.
- Combine cheese, butter, flour, cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and salt in a large bowl. Mix together with a wooden spoon. You may have to use your hands to get it mixed together well.Note: You can use an electric mixer for this step, but mix the Rice Krispies in by hand.
- Once all the flour has been incorporated, add the cereal and gently mix it in.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls. Place them spread out on 2 ungreased baking sheets. Flatten each ball some with a fork.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Cool on pan.
