CHEDDAR RANCH POTATOES
Cheddar Ranch Potatoes with rose potatoes, Ranch seasoning, sour cream, and cheddar. Creamy, cheesy, and a breeze to make with simple ingredients, they may very well be the best potato side dish ever!

Steps:
- In a lightly greased cast iron skillet or baking dish, arrange potatoes in a single layer. Dot with butter and cover with foil.
- Bake, covered, in a 375 F oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until tender but not falling apart.
- In a small bowl, combine sour cream and Ranch salad dressing mix. Spoon mixture over potatoes and gently toss to combine.
- Sprinkle top with cheddar cheese and green onions. Bake, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve hot.

LOADED BACON, CHEDDAR, AND RANCH POTATOES
Best potatoes you will ever make, guaranteed! This recipe feeds a lot of people. I took it to a potluck and the pan came home licked clean, literally! People were going back for seconds and thirds and disappointed when it was all gone. This is a totally addictive potato recipe, you just can't stop eating them! It's a cinch to toss together and goes great with chicken, beef or pork, heck it would even make your sneakers taste good. Recipe can easily be halved to feed a family of four.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 13X9-inch baking pan with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine hash browns, sour cream, bacon, ranch mix, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese in a large bowl; stir until well mixed. Spread into baking pan; cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil; sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese evenly across potatoes. Bake until cheese is bubble and lightly browned around the edges, about 15 minutes.

CHEDDAR RANCH POTATOES
I made this on the fly for a work pot luck and was asked to make it every time since! You can tweak it using more or less of one ingredient or another to your taste. I have also made it successfully in a crock pot. You can make with bacon in or out! Do not salt - the ranch makes it plenty salty. This is great with ham or steak...

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350. Grease 2 QT covered casserole dish.
- 2. Break up any large clumps of frozen potatoes while still in the bag by massaging or tap gently on the counter. Pour loose potatoes into large mixing bowl. Moisten potatoes with ranch dressing and stir well to coat. Stir in cheese and mix well again. You may mix in a separate bowl, but I just combine in the casserole dish.
- 3. You may add in crumbled bacon if desired. In this photo I have just sprinkled some on top for a layer of crunch.
- 4. Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours until completely heated through. Remove lid for the last 5-10 minutes for a nicely browned cheese on top. I have also made this in a crock pot successfully.
CHEESY RANCH POTATO BAKE
This is a delicious side dish with cheese, potatoes, and Ranch! What's not to love?! I am always begged to bring this wherever I go. It is a great complement to a barbeque or any potluck meal. I have experimented with using more chili powder and using seasoning salt instead of regular salt.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Place the potatoes in the baking dish. Season with chili powder, salt, and pepper. Evenly distribute the butter over the potatoes.
- Cover dish with aluminum foil, and bake 1 hour in the preheated oven, until potatoes are tender. Remove from oven, and mix in the cheese and Ranch dressing. Continue cooking 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
