Steps:
- Cream butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add in egg, pumpkin, and vanilla and mix.
- Then add flour oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt and mix well.
- Then stir in CHocolate chips and cinnamon chips.
- Bake at 350 for 18-20 minutes or until firm and lightly brown.
- (OPT) You can shape these into pumpkins before baking and when done and cooled decorate with frosting or peanut butter (I love them just plain).
- I usually eat mine when they are totally cooled.

- In a double boiler, melt the butter and chocolate until no clumps of chocolate remain.
- Meanwhile sift the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt in a medium bowl. In a large bowl mix the eggs, sugar and vanilla until thoroughly combined. When melted, pour the chocolate and butter slowly into the egg mixture while stirring. Be careful not to add the chocolate too fast, or the eggs could cook. Mix well.
- Add the sifted dry ingredients, and mix until completely incorporated. Scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl to insure that any butter or flour pockets are incorporated.
- Add the peanut butter chips and mix until evenly distributed in the dough. Be sure to scrape the bottom of the bowl so every cookie gets some goodies!
- Scoop the dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper.
- Chill the scooped cookies in the freezer or refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 325 degrees for about 16 minutes. The cookies will appear cracked with large fissures across the tops when finished.

- To make your icing, combine powdered sugar with milk, corn syrup and flavor extract. If icing is too thin, add more powdered sugar, 1 tsp at a time until desired consistency is reached. If icing is to thick, add more milk 1 tsp at a time until desired consistency is reached. For best results, you want the icing to be the consistency of a very thick honey. If it's much thinner than that it will run off your cookies.
- Once icing is mixed, divide it into three bowls. You will want slightly more icing in two of the bowls than you will in the third bowl, which will be used for your black icing. Leave one bowl of icing white, color one bowl yellow and the bowl with slightly less icing, black. Once colors are mixed you are ready to ice your cookies. =
- Pour each of your icings into a Ziploc bag for piping. Working one color at a time, snip a very small corner off the bottom of your bag (1/4" at most). For Charlie Brown cookies, ice the flat, back side of round sugar cookies with your yellow icing. Once completed, sit aside to dry. For Snoopy cookies, ice the top of each peanut butter sandwich cookie. Set all cookies aside to dry for at least 30 minutes.

- Fill a bowl with rice or popcorn kernels to have a steady place for the marshmallow pops to be inserted into while setting up. Lift the marshmallow and tap the lollipop stick on the side of the bowl to help remove the excess candy. Insert the lollipop stick into the bowl of rice to hold the pop upright. (Or place the pop, marshmallow down, on your prepared baking sheet.) Repeat with the remaining pops. If the candy starts to thicken too much, heat it for 20 seconds at full power and stir.
