1 dash Grand Marnier
1 1/2 ounces cranberry juice
1/2-ounce fresh lime juice
1 twist orange
1-ounce Palais sparkling Brut Champagne

Steps:

  • Shake vodka, Grand Marnier, cranberry juice and lime juice over ice. Strain into a chilled Champagne flute. Top with Champagne. Garnish with an orange slice.

3 tablespoons agave nectar (I'm sure you can substitute simple syrup)
chilled champagne or chilled prosecco
4 orange rind twists

Steps:

  • Combine first four ingredients in a small pitcher. Divide among four champagne glasses.
  • Top off with chilled Champagne or prosecco.
  • Garnish with an orange twist.

1 1/4 cups Cointreau liqueur or 1 1/4 cups Grand Marnier
1 1/4 cups cranberry juice cocktail
10 tablespoons fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons superfine sugar
4 cups chilled champagne or 4 cups other sparkling wine

Steps:

  • Stir together Cointreau, juices, and sugar and chill, covered, 2 to 6 hours.
  • Just before serving, divide among 10 Champagne flutes and top off with Champagne.
