Steps:
- 1. In pot on stove steap tea bags herbs and sweetner in water, boil and let sit til slightly cooled about ten min.
- 2. Pour tea into pitcher of ice and cold water, add lemon if you like and serve in tall glasses. Green tea works also.

- In a 4-quart saucepan bring all ingredients to a boil and simmer, covered, 15 minutes.
- Remove pan from heat and cool mixture. Steep mixture, covered and chilled, at least 8 hours and up to 24.
- Pour mixture through a fine sieve into a pitcher.
- This tea keeps, covered and chilled, 1 week.
- Serve in ice-filled tall glasses.

- Place your tea and basil in a french press or other heat resistant container, ideally one which also has a cover.
- Pour the boiling water over your chamomile tea and basil and stir gently. Do so carefully so that you don't break apart and bruise your basil leaves.
- Allow for your tea to steep until the water has cooled significantly. Add the honey and stir until it dissolves. Cover your container. If using a french press, press down so that the tea and basil leaves remain at the bottom of your container. If you are using a different type of container, pour the tea through a sieve to remove the chamomile tea and the basil leaves. Then, return your tea to your original container and cover. (If you are using tea bags simply remove them and the basil leaves using a spoon or a fork). Cover your container.
- Refrigerate your tea for several hours until cold. To serve, pour over ice and garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired.

- Put 2 cups of the cooled tea, the honey, chopped peach, and salt in the blender. Put the top on tightly. Turn the blender to medium to start chopping the fruit. Adjust the blender to high speed and blend until the peach is fully pureed into the tea, 30 to 60 seconds. Add the remaining 2 cups cooled tea and blend again. If you like, pour the mixture through the strainer to remove the little bits of peach skin.
- Pour the tea into the glasses, add some ice cubes, and serve right away. Or cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours. Stir well before serving.
