SPRING CELEBRATION BROWNIES
Jazz up brownies for spring with marshmallows and pretty pastels-super easy!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F (325°F for dark or nonstick pan). Grease bottom of 8-inch square pan with shortening or cooking spray. Make and bake brownies as directed on box.
- Sprinkle with marshmallows; bake about 5 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed and light golden brown. Sprinkle with candies. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 1/2 hours.
- In small microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High 30 to 45 seconds, stirring half way through, until chips can be stirred smooth. Spoon into resealable food-storage plastic bag; partially seal bag. Cut small tip from corner of bag; drizzle over top. Refrigerate about 15 minutes or until chocolate is set. Cut into 4 rows by 4 rows.

- Layer all ingredients except liqueur in order listed in 1-quart jar with screw-on lid. Attach liqueur bottle to jar with ribbon.
- Include directions below Directions for Celebration Brownie Mix Heat oven to 350°F. Grease bottom only of square pan, 8x8x2 or 9x9x2 inches, with shortening. Melt 1/2 cup butter or margarine. Beat melted butter, 2 eggs and the liqueur in medium bowl with spoon until blended. Stir in Celebration Brownie Mix. Spread batter in pan. Bake 8-inch pan 30 to 35 minutes, 9-inch pan 25 to 30 minutes, or until dry around edges and toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour. For brownies, cut into 4 rows by 4 rows. Makes 16 brownies.

- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8inch pan with non-stick spray.
- Sift (or whisk) together granualted sugar, cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder in a large bowl.
- Metl butter and set aside to cool.
- In a medium bowl, beat two eggs and vanilla extract with a hand-held mixer.
- Add the egg mixture and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Stir until just incorporated.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-22 minutes.
CELEBRATION BROWNIE MIX IN A JAR
This brownie mix is enhanced with the addition of a small bottle of liquer added to it. Tie a package of long thin sparkler candles to the mix to really celebrate !
