MILLION DOLLAR DIP

Steps:

• Toast almonds in a saucepan over medium heat until lightly golden.
• Place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until crispy and evenly browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Drain and cool slightly before chopping into bits.
• Combine mayonnaise and Cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl. Toss in bacon, green onions, almonds, and cayenne. Stir with a spatula until combined. Wrap and chill in the fridge at least 1 hour before transferring to a serving bowl.

ULTIMATE APPETIZER (AKA NEIMAN-MARCUS DIP)

Steps:

• 1. Mix all ingredients together and chill several hours before serving. The longer it chills, the better it is. Serve with cracker or Fritos Scoops.
• 2. For variety, add garlic, red pepper, parsley, or green chiles. May also drizzle with Fire roasted raspberry chipotle sauce.

Steps:

• Mix onions, cheese, mayonnaise, bacon bits and almonds together. Chill for two hours. Serve with Ritz crackers or corn chips.

MAN DIP

Steps:

• In a large skillet over medium heat, cook sausage, ground beef, and onion (and garlic) until meats are browned and onion is tender; drain off fat.
• Add remaining ingredients; cook over medium heat until cheese is melted and mixture is heated through.
• Serve warm with corn or tortilla chips.
• **I usually pour this into a crockpot, on LOW, to keep this warm when serving to guests.

MAN DIP

Steps:

• 1. I cook my sausage in the microwave and crumble it with a fork, DO NOT DRAIN!
• 2. Add 2 -8oz pkgs of cream cheese and 1 can of rotel to cooked sausage and put back in microwave until melted.
• 3. Stir together and reheat of neccessary. DIP AWAY!! Tastes great with Fritos
