Steps:
- Place carrots in a shallow saucepan, and cover with water. Boil until tender. Drain, and return carrots to pan.
- Pour orange juice over carrots, and mix well. Simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Stir in brown sugar, butter, and salt. Heat until butter and sugar melt.

CARROT-ORANGE JUICE
I found this recipe on the Reader's Digest web site and I'm posting it for ZWT 7. This immune-boosting antioxidant cocktail supplies all your vitamin A for the day and more than half your requirement for vitamin C. If you don't have a blender or food processor, you can still whip up this beverage with a wire whisk in a deep bowl.

- Crush the ginger in garlic press to fill 1/2 teaspoon.

CARROT-ORANGE JUICE
Carrot and orange make a great pair, especially in this juice, which is a good source of both vitamins C and K.
