- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly spray a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Puree mango chunks using an electric blender or food processor.
- Place ground beef in a large mixing bowl; add bread crumbs, garlic, soup mix, adobo, thyme, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly. Add eggs, followed by pureed mango; mix again. Shape into 1 1/2-inch meatballs and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until browned and no longer pink in the centers, about 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, mix barbeque sauce, mango, pineapple, sugar, soy sauce, mustard, and cinnamon for sauce together in a medium mixing bowl.
- Remove meatballs from the oven and drain excess oil/grease. Increase oven temperature to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Pour sauce over meatballs and return to the oven.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

- For the meatballs:.
- Grate the onion. Mince the 2 garlic cloves. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl mix the ground beef, rice, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Form mixture into 2" meatballs and put on the prepared baking sheet. Spray tops of meatballs with cooking spray.
- Broil meatballs, 6 inches from the heat, turning to brown all sides. Remove pan from oven and set aside while preparing the sauce.
- For the sauce:.
- Chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomatoes. Mince the garlic and jalapeno.
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Saute the onion, garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeno for about 3 minutes. Stir in stock, rum, olives, tomatoes, ginger, tomato paste, molasses, and lime juice. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, then reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Add meatballs and cilantro to the sauce and bring to a boil Reduce heat, cover, and simmer over low heat for about 15 minutes. Turn meatballs occasionally while simmering.
- Combine cornstarch and 1 tablespoon cold water in a small cup, mixing well. Stir into the skillet and simmer for 2 more minutes, until the sauce is slightly thickened.
- Serve sprinkled with chopped peanuts.

Steps:
- For the meatballs, combine the turkey and the next 6 ingredients, mixing well.
- Shape mixture into 24, 1-inch, meatballs.
- Arrange on a rack or a roasting pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake at 400°F for 12 minutes or until meatballs are browned.
- While the meatballs are in the oven, make the sauce by placing the mango in a blender and process until smooth.
- Combine cornstarch and sugar in a small saucepan and add the pureed mango, water and remaining ingredients.
- Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until thickened. This yields 1 1/2 cups sauce.
- Serve meatballs in a chafing dish with the sauce.

- In a medium sized bowl, combine rum, lime juice, and Spice Isle Tropical Heat Sauce. Add peeled/deveined shrimp, tails still on to the marinade. Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.

- In a bowl, soak shredded bread in milk. In a large bowl add all ingredients with the exception of the egg and the oil. Mix ground beef with spices and bread to fully combine. Store in refrigerator at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Add beaten egg to meat mixture and mix well. Form meatballs (the size of golf balls) about 24. Roll each meatball into flour. Shake off any excess flour. Heat a skillet or frying pan and add oil. Fry meatballs on all sides until golden brown. Do not overcrowd pan while frying.
- To make the sauce for the meatballs, in a separate skillet, add olive oil and 1 tbsp of tomato paste. Stir until oil and tomato paste are blended. Add onion and garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes. Add 1/2 to 3/4 cup of water, salt and pepper to taste and bouquet garni. Let boil for 5 minutes then add meatballs and let simmer for 7 to 10 minutes. Additional salt and pepper to taste. If using hot sauce or hot pepper add last or mix with meatballs mixture prior to frying. When the sauce has been incorporated with the meatballs remove from heat and serve hot.
