3/4 ounce Malibu® coconut rum
1 splash pineapple juice*
Fresh pineapple chunks

Steps:

Fill your martini shaker with ice. Add all of the ingredients to the shaker and shake vigorously until well blended. Pour into a chilled martini glass and garnish it with a fresh chunk of pineapple.
