EASY CUCUMBER SALAD RECIPE
Steps:
- Slice each the cucumber in 1/4 inch slices and add to a large bowl.
- Add in the sliced red onion and toss to combine.
- In a small bowl whisk together the coconut vinegar, water, sugar, and Noubess Garlic and Herb Seasoning
- Pour the dressing mixture over the cucumber and onion and toss to combine.
- Store in the fridge until you're ready to serve.

Steps:
- Slice the cucumbers lengthwise and remove seeds with a spoon or melon baller.
- Slice each half into 1/2 inch slices.
- Place in a bowl and sprinkle with the salt.
- Toss gently and let sit for 30 minutes.
- Drain well.
- Place the cucumbers in a serving bowl and add the chilies, lime juice, and garlic.
- Toss well.
- Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour before serving.

- Pickle the onions by combining the thinly sliced red onion and 1-2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar in a small bowl. Cover and chill for an hour or so. Drain onions and discard any vinegar remaining in the bowl.NOTE: This step is completely optional; however, I really like what it does for the flavor of the onions.
