Steps:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
- Sift flour, salt, sugar, baking powder into bowl.
- Add banana, milk, butter, egg, vanilla extract.
- Whisk until well combined.
- Pour into 2.5 litre baking dish.
- To make the topping, place brown sugar, suryp, water in small pot.
- Bring to the boil.
- Pour mixture careflly over the pudding.
- Bake 35 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.

- Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
- To make the pudding, beat the sugar, butter and vanilla in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add the eggs and beat until combined.
- Add the flour, baking powder and milk and beat until combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a square oven proof dish and place on a baking tray.
- To make the sauce, whisk together the water, brown sugar, molasses, maple syrup and flour until combined.
- Spoon the sauce over the pudding batter and bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown and set.

- Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease 4 x 1 cup capacity pudding bowls or ramekins with a little butter.
- Sift the flour into a bowl, add the sugar and salt and then make a well in the centre. Add the milk, egg, vanilla and butter, then whisk until you have a smooth batter.
- Divide the golden syrup between the pudding bowls and spoon the batter on top. Sprinkle each one with a tablespoon of brown sugar and gently divide the boiling water between them.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until puffed and golden. Serve straight from the oven with ice-cream and cream.

- Add the butter and one 180g block of Caramilk, broken into pieces, to a saucepan and place over low heat. Stirring constantly, cook until the butter and chocolate have melted and are thoroughly incorporated. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly before adding the brown sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour the sauce over the batter, keeping a tight grip on the edges of the dish, so none of the sauce sloshes over. Don't be nervous – it's going to look hideous and weird, and the pudding mixture will float and rivers will run through the batter and you'll think it's ruined, but I promise it's not.

- Make the pudding batter: In a medium bowl, mix together the the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a small bowl, mix together the milk, melted butter and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Stir to combine well. Spread batter in to the bottom of an 8-cup baking dish or divide between 4-6 individual baking dishes. (*If using individual dishes, you may want to place dishes on a baking sheet, for easy transport to the oven, and to catch any splatters.) Arrange a layer of apple slices on top of batter.
- Prepare the sauce: In a medium bowl or a 4 cup measuring cup, mix together the brown sugar and flour. Add the boiling water, the butter,vanilla and salt. Stir to combine and until butter melts. Gently pour over batter, being sure to leave 3/4-1 inch of room at the top of the baking dish.
