1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup marshmallow creme
Apple slices

Steps:

In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, brown sugar, caramel topping and vanilla until smooth; fold in marshmallow creme. Serve with apple slices.

1 snack-size cup (4 ounces) pineapple tidbits
1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
3/4 cup whipped topping

Steps:

In a small bowl, combine pudding mix and pineapple. Add the apple, marshmallows and peanuts. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until serving.
