CAPTAIN RODNEY'S CHEESE BAKE RECIPE

Steps:

• Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheddar and onions in greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Top with bacon and Captain Rodney's Boucan Pepper Glaze. Serve with crackers.

CAPTAIN RODNEY'S DIP

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350°F. For easier mixing, allow the cream cheese to come to room temperature.
• Mix together the mayonnaise, cream cheese, cheese, and green onions.
• Spread in an 8 or 9-inch pie dish. Top with crushed butter crackers.
• Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes or until heated through.
• Remove from the oven and top with cooked, crumbled bacon and Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze. Serve with sturdy crackers, tortilla chips, or Scoops.

CAPTAIN RODNEY'S CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350F.
• In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and cream cheese. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to combine until smooth.
• Add in the cheddar cheese. Mix to combine.
• Add 1/2 cup Captain Rodney's Boucan Glaze, green onions, and half the bacon to the cheese mixture. Mix to combine.
• Spoon into a 9 inch pie plate or similar size baking dish.
• Top with cracker crumbs.
• Bake for 20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and the crackers are golden brown.
• Remove from the oven and drizzle with the remaining 1/4 cup Captain Rodney's Pepper Jelly, and top with remaining bacon.
• Add more sliced green onions for garnish if desired. Serve with crackers or vegetables. Enjoy!

CAPTAIN RODNEY'S BAKED CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• Directions Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, cheddar and onions until blended. Place in a pie pan and spread evenly. (If preparing ahead, stop here and refrigerate.) Top with crushed crackers and bake for 15 minutes. Immediately top with bacon and glaze. Serve warm with more Ritz crackers.

CAPTAIN RODNEY'S CHEESE BAKE

Steps:

• In a bowl, combine mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions. Pour into a greased quiche pan. Top with crackers and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes, or until hot and bubbly. While still hot, top with crumbled bacon and Captain Rodney's glaze. Serve with crackers, corn chips, or crostini.

CAPTAIN RODNEY'S CHEESE BAKE

Steps:

• Mix Mayo, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and onions in a greased quiche pan or similar. Top with crumbled up crackers: well enough to coat, but not too thick. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes, until just bubbling on edges. Remove and top with bacon and dribble glaze. Put back in oven to finish . Need to see bubbling edges and a nice toasty brown crackers. remove and serve with remaining crackers! Yummy!

APPETIZER CAPTAIN RODNEY CHEESE DIP

Steps:

• .Mix first four ingredients til creamy and place in a glass pie dish.Bake at 350 for 15 minute or until crusty on edge. Remove for oven and top with crumbled Ritz and bacon pour glaze over top and serve with crackers Melba toast or pretzels.
