CAPE COD BISCUITS
This is a different change of pace from ordinary biscuits, colorful for the holidays, and so easy to make.

Steps:
- Preheat an oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Use a fork to lightly blend the biscuit mix and milk in a large bowl. With spoon, drop 16 biscuits onto prepared baking sheet. Make a small depression in the center of each biscuit.
- Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes. Just before serving, evenly fill the depression in each biscuit with cranberry sauce.

- 1. Preheat oven to 375 F
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, cheese, and water. Mix until dough is firm.
- 3. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
- 4. Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder, and parsley in a saucepan on the stove and mix together on low heat.

- Shake the pan to coat the dough balls with sugar., Space the cookies on the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2" between them., Bake the cookies for 8 to 14 minutes; bake for the shorter amount of time on a dark cookie sheet without parchment; the longer time if you've lined your baking sheet with parchment.
