CANDY CANE MARTINIS
It doesn't get more festive than a candy cane martini for the holidays! Shake up a batch of this creamy cocktail for your holiday party.

Steps:
- Pour the light corn syrup on to a small shallow dish. Pour the crushed candy canes onto another small shallow dish.
- Dip two martini glasses first in the corn syrup, then in the crushed candy canes.
- Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice. Add the vodka, white chocolate liqueur, and peppermint schnapps. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
- Add the half-and-half to the cocktail shaker, and swirl to combine.
- Divide the cocktail between the two martini glasses, garnish with a mini candy cane and serve.

Steps:
- Prepare 2 saucers. One with some grenadine syrup drizzled onto it & the second with about 1/2 tsp of sugar sprinkled onto it.
- Dip the rim of the glass first into the grenadine then into the sugar.
- Half fill a shaker with ice.
- Add the vodka, schnapps and choc liqueur and shake.
- Then add the half-and-half (add after shaking otherwise it'll be a shaker full of froth).
- Drizzle some grenadine down the inside edges of the glass.
- Swish the cocktail around a bit, then strain into your prepared martini glass and garnish with the mini candy cane.

- In a pitcher, combine cream, vodka and liqueur. Refrigerate until serving., In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Gradually beat in cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in 3 tablespoons crushed candies; pour remaining candies onto a small plate. Refrigerate whipped cream mixture until serving., In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chips and shortening; stir until smooth. Spread onto a small plate. Spin rims of 12 cocktail glasses into melted chip mixture, then into crushed candies. Pour vodka mixture into prepared glasses; dollop with whipped cream mixture. If desired, garnish with additional candy canes.
