I found this while looking for Caribbean recipes for ZWT 9 on Diffordsguide.com. It states: "The Cuban forerunner of the Daiquiri, as drunk by Cuban revolutionaries fighting off the Spanish at the end of the nineteenth century. Achieve the perfect balance between sweet honey and sour lemon and this is a great drink." Sound like my kind of drink!!
