I just tried this recipe from a foodie friend named Lobster...and it was fantastic!!! Its a real flavor sensation! Its salty and crunchy and tangy and sweet! Forget the hot dog and just eat this topping! YUM!

2 Tbsp mayonnaise
1 Tbsp prepared mustard
1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
1/4 c onion-finely diced
1/4 c cheddar cheese-grated
1/4 c crispy bacon-crumbled
and a sprinkle of chopped chives for flair!

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all the ingredients together well and refrigerate for 1 hour prior to serving.
  • 2. When ready to chow down, throw some on your dog and munch away!!
