BBQ BACON HAWAIIAN PIZZA
A delicious twist on Hawaiian Pizza!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees (F).
- Lightly coat a round pizza pan with oil; set aside.
- Roll out the pizza dough to desired shape and size; place in prepared pizza pan. Brush the dough lightly with a little olive oil.
- Spread the BBQ sauce evenly in the center of the pizza dough, then top with cheese, pineapple, bacon, jalapenos, and red onion.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve!

- DIRECTIONS Prepare pizza crust per instructions. Preheat oven temperature to 400° F. Top pizza crust with marinara sauce, Canadian Bacon, pineapple and olives. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the edges of the crust begin to turn golden brown. While the pizza is cooking, make sauce. Place all of the sauce ingredients in the order listed in a high powered blender and blend until smooth. Set aside. With 5 minutes left to cook, remove from oven, drizzle sauce on top, and return to the oven. Once done, remove from oven, slice and enjoy!

- Heat a grill until medium-hot. Grill pineapple and bacon, turning once, until browned, about 2 minutes. Cut into 1-inch pieces; set aside.
- Generously brush one side of pizza dough with oil; grill, oiled side down, until underside is golden brown and top begins to bubble, 3 to 5 minutes. Quickly brush top with oil; flip crust. Top with a thin layer of cheese and some of the pineapple and bacon. Grill until cheese is just melted, toppings are hot, and crust is cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes more.
- Slide pizza with a large spatula onto a cutting board. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange mint on top. Drizzle with oil. Repeat to make more pizzas.

- Set the oven rack to the lower position. Preheat to 500ºF (260ºC).
- Allow the pizza dough to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Lightly brush a large baking sheet with olive oil. Evenly sprinkle cornmeal on the pan if desired.
- On a lightly floured surface, stretch and shape the dough into a 10-inch circle.
- Transfer dough to the baking sheet. Use fingers to press into a 12-inch circle. Leave the edges slightly thicker, about ½-inch tall and wide.
- Brush some olive oil on the edges of the dough to make the crust crispier when baked.
- Spread the sauce on top, followed by the cheese, ham, pineapple, and bacon. Sprinkle the oregano on top.
- Bake the pizza on the lowest oven rack until the crust is golden brown, and the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10 to 12 minutes.
- Slice and serve pizza immediately when still hot.

- Use a stand mixer with paddle attachment to combine the pizza crust mix, yeast, water, and oil. Blend on medium speed for 30 seconds or until well combined. Scrape the dough down into a ball. Drizzle a little olive oil over the top of the dough and roll the dough around until the ball is lightly coated with oil. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and let rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
- Heat the oven to 475°F. Place a cast-iron pizza pan on a rack in the top third of the oven.
- Dust a piece of parchment paper or pizza peel with a generous amount of flour and/or cornmeal. Place 1/2 of the pizza dough on top. Use floured hands to gently pat the dough out into a 10-inch circle, taking care that the dough is not sticking to the pizza peel underneath (this is not as important with parchment). If the dough starts to stick, gently lift the dough with a bench scraper and add a little more flour underneath. Use the pizza peel handle to jiggle the dough in a circular motion to ensure that it is not sticking and able to slide around.
- Slide the pizza into the oven and par-bake for 7 minutes. If using a pizza peel, slide it directly onto the hot cast-iron pan. If using parchment, place the dough with the parchment on the pan, then remove the parchment paper after 3-4 minutes for a crisper crust, if desired.
- Remove the crust from the oven and top with pizza sauce, cheese, bacon, pineapple, red onion, and jalapeño. Bake for 7-8 more minutes.
- Remove and sprinkle with chopped cilantro if desired. Slice and serve immediately.
- Repeat steps to make second pizza.

- Marinate chicken breasts in teriyaki marinade in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Place marinated chicken on the prepared pan; discard excess marinade.
- Bake in the preheated oven until chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C). Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, about 10 minutes. Keep oven on.
