This was a recipe from my old Girl Scouting days. A very easy recipe for all ages that needs little adult supervision. Great for sleep-overs and backyard camping trips.

Steps:
- Preheat the grill for high heat.
- Spray 4 sheets of aluminum foil, large enough to wrap bananas, with cooking spray.
- Slice the peel of the banana from stem to bottom, while slicing the banana inside lengthwise. The bananas can be cut into slices instead if you like, (while still in the peel) for easier handling later.
- Carefully open the banana just wide enough to place the chocolate chips and marshmallows inside the peel with the banana. Stuff with as much of the chocolate chips and marshmallows as desired.
- Wrap the bananas with the aluminum foil and place on the grill or directly in the coals of a fire. Leave in long enough to melt the chips and the marshmallows, about 5 minutes. Unwrap bananas, open the peels wide, and eat with a spoon.

Steps:
- Split the bananas lengthwise, but don't cut all the way through. The goal is to create a boat to hold the ingredients. Load the bananas 1/4 cup each of the caramel bits, chocolate chips and mini marshmallows. Crumble 1 whole graham cracker onto each loaded banana. Wrap individually in 8-by-10-inch squares of foil, and then place near the campfire to melt the candies. Open up and eat with a spoon.

Steps:
- First things first, you'll need either a campfire or a heated grill. Before you start filling your banana, either get a fire going or heat up the grill.
- Next, cut a slit down the length of the banana on top, making sure you don't poke through the back peel on the banana. Note: You may want to wash your bananas before you ever start.
- Next, layer chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and graham crackers in the slit you cut in the banana. Squish and fill as full as possible.
- Completely wrap your banana boats s'mores in aluminum foil. Make sure it's completely covered.
- Add to a warm grill, or place in campfire coals.
- Allow the s'mores to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Using a pair of tongs, remove your banana s'mores from the fire or grill, and carefully unwrap the foil; be careful, it's hot! Watch the marshmallow especially as you unwrap, so you don't get burnt.
- The banana will have turned mostly brown/black. You can let it cool for a few minutes, then dig in and enjoy!
