Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine Melba crumbs with spices. Set aside.
- Mix broth and lemon juice in small bowl, dip chicken in this mixture and coat chicken with herb mixture.
- Bake for 20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
- Add remaining liquid, a little at a time, if chicken dries out while baking.

- If you haven't already done so, make the Homemade HCG Diet safe chicken broth (see the recipe here). Once done, set aside.
- Cook the chicken breast (feel free to use left-over chicken if you have it). Cut any visible fat off of the chicken.
- Place a small pot of water on the stove to boil. Once boiling, add the raw chicken meat, turn the temperature down to low, cover, and allow to cook 3-5 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked (reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees F). Remove from boiling water and set aside to cool.
