Steps:
- In a large shallow dish, mix the oil, Cajun seasoning, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and lemon pepper. Place the chicken in the dish, and turn to coat with the mixture. Cover, and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
- Preheat the grill for high heat.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Drain chicken, and discard marinade. Place chicken on hot grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.

CAJUN CHICKEN PASTA
Chili's copycat recipe made at home with an amazingly creamy melt-in-your-mouth alfredo sauce. And you know it tastes 10000x better!

- In a gallon size Ziploc bag, add chicken, 1 tablespoon olive oil and cajun seasoning, shaking to coat thoroughly. Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in a grill pan over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook, flipping once, until cooked through, about 5-6 minutes on each side. Set aside and keep warm. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package instructions; drain well. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes. Gradually whisk in heavy cream and lemon zest. Cook, whisking constantly, until incorporated, about 1-2 minutes. Stir in Parmesan until slightly thickened, about 1-2 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add more heavy cream as needed; season with salt and pepper, to taste. Stir in pasta and gently toss to combine. Serve immediately with chicken, garnished with tomatoes and parsley, if desired.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375˚F (190˚C).
- In a small bowl, combine paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and salt. Reserve 1½ teaspoons of the seasoning. Set aside.
- Coat both sides of the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture.
- In an oiled cast-iron skillet, cook chicken on medium-high heat 4 minutes per side, or until chicken is browned.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165˚F (72˚C). Let the chicken rest for several minutes.
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, olive oil and reserved seasoning mixture. Set aside.
- Cut chicken into pieces.
- In a large bowl, add lettuce, chicken, red onion, avocado, cherry tomatoes, and black beans.
- Add dressing and toss.
