fresh brewed hot coffee
1 ounce brandy or 1 ounce Bourbon
whipped cream

Steps:

  • In a coffee mug, disslove sugar in a small amount of hot coffee.
  • Add brandy or bourbon.
  • Fill with hot coffee.
  • Stir, and top with whipped cream.

  • Hold a teaspoon over the coffee cup and place the sugar and brandy in the spoon. Light the brandy; when the flames begin to die down, pour into coffee. Sugar may be omitted.
