Steps:
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Mix meat, garlic and 3 Tbsp. Parmesan just until blended; shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
- Grill 5 to 6 min. on each side or until done (160ºF). Top with mozzarella; grill 1 min. or until melted.
- Toss lettuce with 2 Tbsp. dressing and remaining Parmesan. Fill buns with lettuce mixture, burgers and remaining dressing.

- In a small bowl, combine the onion, 1 tablespoon cheese, lemon juice, parsley, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Crumble chicken over mixture and mix well. - Heat gas or charcoal grill. In medium bowl, mix beef, parsley, 2 tablespoons of the dressing and the peppered seasoned salt. Shape mixture into 4 patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place patties on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 12 to 15 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in center of patties reads 160°F. Add onion slices to grill for last 8 to 10 minutes of cooking, brushing with 2 tablespoons of the dressing and turning once, until crisp-tender.
- In small bowl, toss lettuce, remaining 1/4 cup dressing and the cheese. Layer lettuce mixture, burger and onion in each bun.

This makes a very moist, delicious burger. Don't leave out the anchovy paste, it really adds a lot of flavor.

- In a large bowl beat egg, add beef, half of the parmesan, lemon juice, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce and pepper.
- Mix lightly by hand.
- Shape into four thick hamburger patties.
- Grease grill, heat to medium high.
- Place burgers on grill and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip burgers once and heat for another 10 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
- In a small bowl whisk oil with garlic.
- Cut Kaiser rolls in half, brush garlic oil on each cut side, place on grill and toast until golden brown.
- Place burgers on rolls, sprinkle with remaining parmesan and top with lettuce, tomato and onion slices.
CAESAR SALAD TURKEY BURGERS

- Preheat a grill to medium high. Gently mix the turkey, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 teaspoons mustard, the red onion, lemon zest, 3/4 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in a large bowl. Form into four 1/2-inch-thick patties and place on a plate. Freeze until slightly firmer, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine the lemon juice and grated garlic in a small bowl; let sit 5 minutes. Whisk in the remaining 1/3 cup mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1 teaspoon mustard, the grated parmesan, a pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
- Lightly oil the grill grates. Grill the turkey patties until cooked through but still juicy, about 4 minutes per side. Toast the buns on the grill, about 1 minute.
- Toss 3 tablespoons of the dressing with the romaine and shaved parmesan; season with salt and pepper. Serve the burgers on the buns and top with mustard, the salad and the remaining dressing. Serve with watermelon and potato chips.

- Crumble the mince in a large bowl, then tip in the breadcrumbs, cheese, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and eggs with 1 tsp ground pepper and 1-2 tsp salt. Mix with your hands to combine everything thoroughly.
- Shape the mix into 12 burgers. Chill until ready to cook for up to 24 hrs. Or freeze for up to 3 months. Just stack between squares of baking parchment to stop the burgers sticking together, then wrap well. Defrost overnight in the fridge before cooking.
- To cook the burgers, heat grill to high. Grill burgers for 6-8 mins on each side until cooked through. Meanwhile, warm as many buns as you need in a foil-covered tray below the grilling burgers. Let everyone assemble their own, served with their favourite accompaniments.
