1 mango, peeled, pit removed, cut into 2 pieces
4 fresh pineapple rings, core removed
Ice
3/4 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water heated until the sugar dissolves)
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lime juice, about 3
4 ounces tequila (recommended: Cabo Wabo)
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Pineapple wedges for garnish

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to high. Place mango and pineapple on grill, cook for 2 minutes, turn over and cook for 1 minute more. Remove from grill to a cutting board and let cool. Roughly chop the fruit and put in large glass or cocktail shaker with 1/2 cup of ice, muddle, and add simple syrup, lime juice and tequila. Shake or stir to combine.
  • Combine chili powder and kosher salt on a small plate. Rub the rims of 2 serving glasses with pineapple wedge, and coat the rims with the chili powder/salt. Fill each glass 3/4 full with ice and pour in cocktail mixture.

1 bottle Cabo Wabo Tequila (Blanco or Reposado)
12 limes
1 bottle Cointreau
1 bottle Grand Marnier
1 bottle Agave Nectar
Salt
1 bag ice

Steps:

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add juice of 3 limes. Add an equal part of Cointreau (equal to the lime juice). Add an equal part of Grand Marnier (equal to the lime juice). Add a double part of the Cabo Wabo Tequila (double to the lime juice). Add a 1/4 teaspoon of Agave Nectar. Shake 21 times and let sit for 1 minute. Add salt to the rim of your Margarita glass and pour mixture into the glass. Enjoy

Can be served straight up as a martini, on the rocks, or blended as a frozen margarita. FYI: Damiana Liqueur is a light herbal-based liqueur from Mexico. It's made with the damiana herb that grows in Baha California, Mexico. The bottle is uniquely shaped and is modeled after an Incan Goddess.

1 ounce cabo wabo tequila
1/2 ounce damiana liqueur (if you cannot get this, just use more orange liqueur)
1/2 ounce orange liqueur
1/2 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
splash blue curacao
ice
lime peel (garnish)

Steps:

  • Pour tequila, Damiana, orange liqueur, and lime juice in a shaker and fill with ice (Sammy officially says "Mucho Ice").
  • Shake it up until ice cold.
  • Pour into a chilled, salt rimmed martini glass.
  • Drop in lime peel.
  • Finish with a splash of blue curacao.

Soda Water
Fresh raspberries, for garnish

Steps:

  • In a shaker, combine the raspberry puree, mint and lime juice. Add ice, tequila, splash sweet and sour mix. Pour into a cocktail glass and add soda water. Garnish with fresh raspberries and mint leaves.
