This sandwich is a bit different from what I'm use to but it is good. I had to add cheese...I can't eat a sandwich without a piece of cheese on it.

Ingredients

2 breaded chicken patties, premade (Boxed)
4 slices sourdough bread
2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
4 tablespoons cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

Steps:

Prepare chicken patties according to package directions.
For each sandwich, spread half of dressing and cucumber on one slice of bread, top with heated chicken patty,(this is where I add cheese) add half of bell pepper strips and add second slice of bread.

1/2 ounce orange Curacao
1 ounce original captain morgan spiced rum
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/2 ounce prepared sweet-and-sour mix

Steps:

Combine everything in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
