SAVOY CABBAGE WITH ALMONDS

Steps:
- Steam or microwave the cabbage until just cooked. Melt the butter with the oil in a large frying pan or wok, then add the garlic, rosemary and almonds. Cook, stirring the almonds for about 2 mins or until they start to brown. Tip onto a plate. Add the cabbage to the pan, stir in the leftover buttery juices, then return the almond mixture to the pan. Season well and tip into a serving dish.

- Split ramen noodles in half (save the seasoning and half of the noodles for another use). Break apart remaining noodles; place in a bowl. Add the cabbage, romaine, onion, almonds and sesame seeds. , For dressing, in a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the vinegar, sugar, canola oil, water, sesame oil, soy sauce, salt and pepper; shake well. Add dressing to salad and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

- Whisk together all the ingredients for the dressing.
- Toss the cabbage, green onions and nuts. Pour the dressing over top. Mix in the ramen noodles and sesame seeds right before serving. Don't let sit too long, or else it looses it's crispy.
