BUSY MOM LASAGNA
I'm not sure where this recipe originated, but it's been in my family a long time, and we just love it! It's simple and quite tasty for the amount of effort it requires. We try lots of new recipes, but this one is definitely an old favorite that we keep pulling out.

Steps:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef browns and onion softens, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Add spaghetti sauce, cream cheese, and sour cream to the skillet. Mix well.
- Spray a 5-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Layer noodles, beef mixture, and cheeses in the slow cooker. Repeat layers as necessary until cooker is full.
- Cover and cook on High for 2 hours. Switch to Low and cook until noodles are soft and cheeses are melted, about 2 hours more.

CHILI LASAGNA
Chili lasagna combines the zesty flavors of chili along with the cheesy layered kid-favorite lasagna. Developed with the busy mom in mind, this recipe uses oven-ready noodles, canned chili beans for extra flavor, along with peppers and tomatoes to sneak in extra veggies without the kids realizing it. A great way to use leftover chili!

- Preheat the oven. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- ⭐️Saute onion and peppers then cook the ground turkey. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onions and peppers and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes. Add the garlic and the ground turkey. Cook until the turkey is no longer pink.
- Season the sour cream. While the turkey is cooking, place the sour cream into a medium-sized bowl. Stir in one packet of chili seasoning. Set aside.
- ⭐️Add the chili beans, tomatoes, and seasoning. To the ground turkey, add the chili beans, tomatoes, and the remaining packet of chili seasoning.
- ⭐️Assemble Add 1/3 of the meat mixture to the bottom of the baking pan. Add a layer of lasagna noodles (I used 5 per layer). Next add 1/2 of the sour cream mixture. Top with another layer of meat, noodles, and sour cream. Top the sour cream with the remaining meat then add the cheese. Cover with tin foil.
- ⭐️Bake. Bake for 20 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown. Let sit for 5-10 minutes, then serve.

SLOW COOKER LASAGNA
This Slow Cooker Lasagna is one of the best easy crock pot recipes. It's pure comfort food without the fuss.

- Heat olive oil in a large skillet until shimmering.
- Add onion and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and ground beef, season with salt and pepper.
- Brown the ground beef until no longer pink.
- Add pasta sauce to pan and simmer for five minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of mozzarella cheese, ricotta, Parmesan, eggs, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper (to taste) and mix well.
- Spray the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Spread a thin layer of the sauce mixture in the bottom of the slow cooker and top with one layer of lasagna noodles; You should be able to get 4 noodles broken in half across.
- Spread a layer of the cheese mixture across using a spatula or the back of a large spoon.
- Add a layer of the sauce mixture and 9 pieces of pepperoni.
- Top with four more noodles.
- Repeat until you have four layers, ending with pepperoni on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
- After 4 hours, sprinkle remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top.
- Leave uncovered and allow the cheese to melt.
- Once cheese has melted, turn off the slow cooker and allow the lasagna to set for about 10 minutes before serving.

This is an easy crock pot lasagna. Kids really like it. I usually double the spaghetti sauce so it is a lot moister. This makes a lot, so I usually freeze some of it.
