Ingredients

2 (15.25-ounce) cans kidney beans
3 teaspoons chili powder
2 (15.25-ounce) cans pinto beans
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
2 (15.25-ounce) cans black beans
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 pounds ground beef
1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 small chopped onion
1 small green bell pepper, chopped
1 (6-ounce) can tomato paste
1 (14.5-ounce) can diced tomatoes

Steps:

Cook beef, onion, and ground black pepper until meat is browned. Drain grease. Put the drained beef back into the pan and add the kidney beans, chili powder, pinto beans, salt, black beans, garlic salt, green bell pepper, tomato paste, and the diced tomatoes. Stir to combine, then bring to a boil. Note: Don't drain the beans - that gives plenty of liquid to the chili that is simmered off. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve topped with sour cream and shredded cheese.

2 lbs lean ground beef
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 small yellow onion (chopped)
1 small green pepper (chopped)
2 (16 ounce) cans bush's dark red kidney beans
2 (16 ounce) cans bush's pinto beans
2 (16 ounce) cans bush's black beans
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
shredded cheese (to garnish)
sour cream (to garnish)

Steps:

Brown ground beef in heavy dutch oven or soup pot.
Add chili powder while browning and mix in well.
Add onion and pepper to meat and brown for 2 minutes.
Drain off excess grease.
Stir in remaining ingredients except for cheese and sour cream.
Simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese and dollop of sour cream.
