Steps:
- In a medium saucepan, bring water and coconut milk to a boil.
- Remove from heat and add the mixture along with the rest of the ingredients (except whipped cream) to a blender. Be careful when blending hot liquids. Alternatively, you could use a hand blender. Blend until frothy.
- Pour into a mug, top with whipped cream, and enjoy!
