2 (10 ounce) cans chunk chicken, drained
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup Ranch dressing
¾ cup pepper sauce (such as Frank's Red Hot®)
1 ½ cups shredded Cheddar cheese
1 bunch celery, cleaned and cut into 4 inch pieces
1 (8 ounce) box chicken-flavored crackers

Steps:

  • Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on Low setting until hot and bubbly. Serve with celery sticks and crackers.

1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
1/2 cup Frank's Original Red Hot Sauce
8 oz (250g) g block cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup white Cheddar cheese (freshly shredded)
1/4 cup American cheddar (freshly shredded)
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese ((optional to serve))
2 teaspoons green onions, (sliced ( or chives))
Celery sticks (carrot sticks, tortilla chips, crusty bread pieces, potato chips, for serving)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange oven rack to the middle of your oven.
  • In an 8-inch cast-iron skillet (or an ovenproof pan), melt the butter over medium-high heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds). Add the chicken and hot sauce and simmer until sauce has thickened and reduced by half (about 2 minutes).
  • Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese; mix until combined. Take off heat, stir through sour cream and top with both cheddar cheese(s) over the top.
  • Bake until bubbling around the edges and the cheese has melted (about 10 minutes). Broil (or grill) for a further minute to brown on top.
  • Immediately garnish with blue cheese and green onions. Serve with vegetable sticks, chips, crusty bread pieces for dipping.

2 boneless chicken breasts
16 ounces cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons hot sauce
8 ounces grated mozzarella cheese or 8 ounces cheddar cheese
1/4-1/2 cup gorgonzola, crumbles

Steps:

  • Blend gorgonzola and cream cheese together and spread in bottom of shallow 9x13 or oval baking dish(sprayed with PAM). Poach chicken breasts and shred. Add enough hot sauce to coat chicken in bowl but do not add too much as it will overpower the dip. Spread chicken mixture over cream cheese/gorgonzola mixture adn top with grated cheese. Bake 350 for 20-30minutes. Serve with tortilla chips or celery!

- 1 stick (113 g) unsalted butter
1 cup(s) hot sauce
- chile peppers for extra spice (optional)
- canola or peanut oil, for deep-frying
1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1/4 cup(s) buttermilk
2/3 cup(s) crumbled gorgonzola cheese (or blue cheese)
1 tablespoon(s) red wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt
2 tablespoon(s) minced parsley

Steps:

  • For at least 30 minutes or up to overnight : Toss chicken wings with the salt.
  • Cover and refrigerate overnight, or let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes. Rinse in cold water and pat very dry.
  • Combine butter and hot sauce in saucepan over medium low heat. Whisking to combine. Keep warm.
  • Set up a deep pot for frying, about 2 inches deep. Heat oil to 375 - 380°F (190 - 193°C). Fry wings in batches until cooked through and crisp, 5 - 7 minutes.
  • Remove with wire strainer to a bowl, toss with hot sauce as needed.
  • For the Gorgonzola (or Blue) Cheese Dip : Whisk all dip ingredients together in a bowl and serve with wings.
