3 BUDWIG DIET CHEESE SPREAD RECIPES
The cancer-fighting Budwig Protocol is very effective for some cancer patients. However, it's not very palatable for most... Until now!

- For the Budwig Protocol: Place the flax seeds in a coffee or spice grinder. Grind until mostly chopped up.
- Place the cottage cheese and flax oil in a wide jar or glass. Puree, with an immersion blender, into a creamy paste that resembles whipped butter.
- Mix the ground flax seeds into the cheese blend by hand.
- For The Add-Ins: Choose your preferred add-ins and mix by hand. If making the berry spread, smash the berries into the mixture with the back of a spoon.
- Eat the mixture within 15 minutes.

BUDWIG CREAM
This "cream" is apparently a cancer cure. I was given this recipe from my cousin in Italy. Her father could barely see because of M.S, but after eating this he made improvements that were remarkable. His vision wasn't restored, but his health changed for the better. Steps:
- Combine the seeds together in a coffee grinder. Grind until "powdery", about 30-40 seconds.
- Mash the banana with a fork until desired texture, and stir in the yogurt.
- Squeeze the juice out of the lemon and add it to the banana mixture, then add the flax seed oil.
- Combine the ground seeds to the banana mixture, and stir well.
- Chop the apple or other fruit roughly and stir into the banana mixture. The mixing can be done in a blender if you prefer a smoother "cream" or "Shake".
- Enjoy :).

A delicious, super-healthy way to start the day. Dr. Kousmine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Catherine_Kousmine) was perhaps a little ahead of her time in terms of nutrition, espousing the benefits of unprocessed foods and a holistic approach to diseases and ailments; but whatever you think of the politics of it all, this breakfast is yummy and will keep you sustained for many hours more than a bowl of "normal" cereal! ;-)

- In a bowl, beat the fromage blanc and linseed/flax oil together with a fork until it forms an emulsion and the linseed oil is no longer "visible".
- Add all other ingredients.
- Serve.
- NB: A small coffee grinder can be used to mill/grind the cereals & grains, or a proper cereal mill if you happen to have one. For Kousmine, the ultimate importance was that the grains and cereals be freshly milled, as those purchased already processed have lost much of their nutritional benefits already.
