Creamy Parmesan Garlic Brussels Sprouts are sautéed in a rich, thick and creamy parmesan sauce with minced garlic cooked until soft and tender. These make the perfect side dish!

1 1/2 pounds brussels sprouts (halved)
1 tablespoon olive oil
3 cloves garlic (minced)
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • In a medium sized skillet add the brussels sprouts, olive oil and garlic. Sauté until almost tender about 5-7 minutes. Remove the Brussels sprouts and set aside.
  • Add the chicken broth, heavy cream, and cornstarch and whisk together until smooth. Add the Parmesan Cheese, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper. Simmer until the sauce starts to thicken.
  • Add the Brussels sprouts and toss to coat in the creamy sauce until heated through.

2 lbs fresh Brussels sprouts
1 pinch salt
black pepper
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup newman's own parmesan and roasted garlic salad dressing
shavings parmesan cheese (to garnish)

Steps:

  • With a small knife trim the base and discard the outer layer of leaves. Score an X in the center of the base for each sprout.
  • Steam for about 5 minutes or until tender. Place cooked sprouts into a bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Blend together yogurt and dressing, then mix all ingredients and serve. Garnish with parmesan shavings.

1 tablespoon butter
4 cups sliced Brussels sprouts
1 ¼ cups heavy cream
¼ cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1 clove garlic, minced
salt and ground black pepper to taste
1 pinch ground nutmeg

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Generously grease a 9x9-inch baking dish with butter.
  • Spread the sliced Brussels sprouts out into the prepared baking dish in an even layer. In a bowl, whisk together the cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, salt, and black pepper until thoroughly combined; pour the cream mixture over the Brussels sprouts. Sprinkle the top with nutmeg.
  • Cover the dish with foil, and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour; remove foil, and bake uncovered until the top has browned, 15 more minutes.

2 lb. Brussels sprouts, trimmed, cut in half
3/4 cup water
1/3 cup KRAFT Classic Caesar Dressing
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400ºF.
  • Heat oil in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Add Brussels sprouts; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until crisp and evenly browned. Remove from heat.
  • Bring water, dressing and garlic powder to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add shredded cheese; stir until melted. Add to Brussels sprouts; mix lightly. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Bake 12 to 15 min. or until sauce is hot and bubbly, and top is lightly browned.
