1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2-1 cup olive oil
3 -4 garlic cloves, minced
4 medium tomatoes, diced
1 lb brie cheese, cut in pieces

Steps:

Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 2 hours. Pour over hot pasta (angel hair, linguine, etc) and toss to coat. Enjoy!
