1 large tomato slice
1 Tbsp. sliced fresh basil
1 tsp. KRAFT Lite Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Steps:

  • Top 1 bread slice with 2% Milk Singles, tomato and basil. Drizzle with dressing; cover with remaining bread slice.
  • Cook in nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 3 min. on each side or until Singles are melted and sandwich is golden brown on both sides.

2 cups chopped plum tomatoes
1/2 cup minced fresh basil
1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
3/4 cup Italian salad dressing, divided
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
4 slices Italian bread (1 inch thick), toasted
4 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine the tomatoes, basil, onion and 1/2 cup dressing; set aside. Flatten chicken to 1/4-in. thickness., Grill chicken, covered, over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side or until juices run clear, basting occasionally with remaining dressing. Layer each slice of toast with a chicken breast, cheese slice and tomato mixture.

1 ½ pounds plum tomatoes, seeded and cut into small dice
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
2 tablespoons finely chopped red onion
2 large cloves garlic, minced
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 French baguette, cut into 1/2-inch thick slices
1 tablespoon high-quality balsamic vinegar, or to taste

Steps:

  • Stir tomatoes, basil, 3 tablespoons olive oil, red onion, garlic, red wine vinegar, and pepper together in a bowl; let tomato mixture stand at room temperature for 15 minutes, then place in the refrigerator to marinate for 45 minutes.
  • Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
  • Brush one side of each slice of bread with remaining olive oil. Place bread slices, oiled-side-up, onto a baking sheet.
  • Broil until golden brown, about 2 minutes; remove from oven. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over the top of toasted bread slices; drizzle balsamic vinegar evenly over tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

¼ cup unsalted butter
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
12 slices white bread
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (24 ounce) jar vodka marinara sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat your oven's broiler.
  • Place 6 slices of bread onto a baking sheet. Spread a small handful of the mozzarella cheese over each slice. Top with the remaining 6 slices of bread. Mix together the butter and garlic powder, brush some over the tops of the sandwiches, or spread with the back of a tablespoon. Sprinkle with dried oregano.
  • Place baking sheet under the broiler for 2 to 3 minutes, until golden brown. Remove pan from oven, flip sandwiches, and brush the other sides with butter, and sprinkle with oregano. Return to the broiler, and cook until golden, about 2 minutes.
