BRUNCH PIZZA SQUARES
I subscribe to quick cooking and taste of home and got this recipe years ago and it's always a hit.. You can add a touch more cheese if you want it cheesier..I also use a clear baking pan it looks great.

Steps:
- In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Drain.
- Unroll crescent roll dough into a lightly greased 9x13 baking pan. Press dough 1/2 inch up the sides and seal seams.
- Sprinkle with sausage.
- In a bowl, beat the egg, milk and pepper. Pour over sausage. Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered at 400 for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

BRUNCH PIZZA
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375°. Separate crescent roll dough into 8 triangles and place on an ungreased 12-in. round pizza pan with points toward center. Press over the bottom and up the sides to form a crust; seal perforations. Set aside., In a large nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes, breaking up sausage into crumbles. Drain and transfer to pizza crust. Wipe out skillet. In a bowl, beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour into same skillet. Cook and stir over medium heat until almost set; spoon over sausage. , Sprinkle pizza with hash browns, cheddar cheese and Parmesan. Bake at 375° until crust is golden, 25-30 minutes.

This is a must make appetizer for every event in my house. I received it from a friend years ago and everyone loves it. Great for Christmas parties.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Roll out crescent rolls onto a large non-stick baking sheet. Stretch and flatten to form a single rectangular shape on the baking sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Allow to cool.
- Place cream cheese in a medium bowl. Mix cream cheese with 1/2 of the ranch dressing mix. Adjust the amount of dressing mix to taste. Spread the mixture over the cooled crust. Arrange carrots, red bell pepper, broccoli and green onions on top. Chill in the refrigerator approximately 1 hour. Cut into bite-size squares to serve.

- In a bowl, combine flour and confectioners' sugar. Cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in pecans. Press into an ungreased 12-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until crust is set and edges are lightly browned. , Meanwhile, in a bowl, beat cream cheese, egg and sugar until smooth. Spread over crust. Bake 8-10 minutes longer or until set. Cool to room temperature., For topping, process mixed berries and sugar in a blender or food processor until blended. In a saucepan, combine cornstarch and water until smooth. Add mixed berry mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Set mixture aside to cool, stirring frequently., Spread berry mixture over the cream cheese layer. Arrange fresh fruit on top. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
