Steps:
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Melt butter in a sauce pan. Remove from heat and stir in cocoa. Mix in the sugar, eggs and water. Add the flour and salt, beating well. Stir in the nuts.
- In each well of the waffle iron, add 1 well rounded spoonful. Cook brownie in waffle iron as you would cook waffles. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar over warm waffle brownies.

Steps:
- Heat waffle maker. (Waffle makers without a nonstick coating may need to be brushed with vegetable oil or sprayed with cooking spray before batter for each waffle is added.) In large bowl, stir brownie mix, eggs and oil with whisk just until smooth.
- Pour slightly less than 3/4 cup batter onto center of hot waffle maker. (Check manufacturer's directions for recommended amount of batter.) Close lid of waffle maker. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. Repeat with remaining batter.
- Serve waffles topped with whipped cream and strawberries.

- Grease and preheat waffle iron.
- Combine flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, chocolate chips, cocoa, and walnuts in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine egg yolks, milk, and cooking oil.
- Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture. Stir until combined, but still lumpy.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- GENTLY, fold the egg whites into the lumpy batter.
- Pour the batter onto the iron and bake until done.
- For an even more sinful treat, top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries or raspberries, chocolate sauce and chopped nuts.

- In a large bowl, whisk together brownie mix, sour cream, egg and oil.
- Pour 1/2 cup batter into waffle iron and bake until the waffle is cooked through, about 4 minutes - depending on your waffle iron. Continue until all batter is used.

- Preheat waffle iron. Spray generously with cooking spray.
- In a largeish saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Whisk in the cocoa and remove from heat. Add the remaining ingredients in the order listed and stir well to combine.
