Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Line 13x9-inch pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray. Break whole graham crackers crosswise in half. Arrange all graham squares on bottom of prepared pan, overlapping as necessary to form even layer.
- Prepare brownie batter as directed on package for cake-like brownies. Stir in dry pudding mix. Pour over crackers.
- Bake 23 to 27 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs. (Do not overbake.)
- Heat broiler. Top warm brownies with marshmallows. Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are golden brown. Cool completely. Use foil handles to lift brownie from pan before cutting to serve.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Spread into a greased 9x13 inch pan.
- In a medium bowl, break graham crackers into 1 inch pieces and toss with miniature marshmallows and milk chocolate. Set s'more mixture aside.
- Bake brownies for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove, and sprinkle the s'more goodies evenly over the top. Bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow brownies to cool before cutting into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Combine cracker crumbs, sugar and cinnamon. Stir in melted butter. Press onto bottom of an ungreased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake until lightly browned, 7-9 minutes. - Preheat oven according to instructions on brownie mix. In a large mixing bowl, prepare your brownie mix as instructed on the box.
- In a food processor, finely grade graham crackers. Add melted butter (3 tablespoons at a time) until crumbs are moist. Do not make them wet! Press graham cracker crust into the bottom of a GREASED 8x8 metal baking pan.

- Position the rack in the lower third of the oven.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Butter and flour 9x13 inch pan (I like to use cocoa when baking anything chocolate, that way you don't have any white flour on it).
- Place brownie mix, beaten eggs, melted butter,and milk in a large bowl.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until smooth.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs attached.
- Place pan on a wire rack.
- Maintain oven temperature.
- The moment the pan is out of the oven sprinkle the mini-marshmallows over the top.
- Then cover with graham crackers, breaking some as necessary to cover the entire pan.
- Place pan back in oven and bake for 2 minutes, to melt the marshmallows.
- Remove pan from oven and gently press the graham crackers down into the melted topping-be careful; it's very HOT.
- Cool the pan completely on a wire rack.

- 1. Take a zipper bag and crush about 4-6 graham crackers really fine. This will be on the bottom of the brownies. Any left can be sprinkled on top as well.
- 2. Put a layer of graham cracker crumbs down (about 1/2 cup).
- 3. Fix brownie mix as suggested on the box. Then put the brownie mix in on top of the graham cracker.
- 4. Bake the brownies at the time and temperature on the box, but pull out the brownies about 2-3 minutes before they are done (where the toothpick does not completely come out clean).

- Line a 9-by-13-inch cake pan with parchment, allowing it to hang over the sides. Coat with cooking spray.
