This chocolate bundt cake is made by combining a chocolate cake mix and a brownie mix in one bowl. Glazed with a rich chocolate ganache, this show decadent dessert that will impress your friends and family.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour a 10 cup bundt pan.
- In a large bowl, beat both mixes, eggs, oil and water until mostly smooth. Stir in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour into the prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Place on a wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes before inverted the cake onto a wire rack to cool completely.
- To make the ganache, place the chocolate chips in a medium bowl. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to boil. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips. Let stand for a few minutes, then whisk until ganache is smooth and shiny.
- Pour ganache over cake and serve.

CREAM CHEESE SWIRLED BROWNIE CAKE
I saw a recipe for a brownie cake that looked yummy, and thought that I would tweak it and make it extra-special. Well, I tweaked it quite a bit and ended up with this beauty. It is a moist, super chocolate bundt cake with a decadent cheesecake swirl in the middle, covered with a thick drizzle of dark, rich ganache. So delicious!...

Steps:
- 1. Gather ingredients. Allow for time for cream cheese to soften (or use the quick warm-up trick; see **Note.)
- 2. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a bundt pan with bakers spray or use the butter/flour method.
- 3. Beat together cream cheese, sour cream and 1/3 cup sugar until smooth.
- 4. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla and 1 egg; beat until well combined; set aside.
- 5. In a large bowl, stir together brownie mix and cake mix until well combined.
- 6. Add water, oil and eggs; whisk or use hand-mixer on low/ medium-low speed to mix until lumps are mostly gone.
- 7. Pour 1/2 the brownie cake batter into prepared bundt pan; rap on counter several times to assure even distribution.
- 8. Spoon cream cheese mixture onto center of cake batter, avoiding sides as much as possible; cover with remaining cake batter.
- 9. Create swirls by inserting knife into batter and swirling in a figure 8 pattern all around batter.
- 10. Bake at 350` F for one hour and ten minutes, turning cake 180 degrees after the first 35 minutes. (Due to oven variance, start checking at one hour, then at 5 minute intervals. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center, at several places, comes out mostly clean.
- 11. When done baking, remove cake and allow to cool in pan for 30 minutes. Carefully turn cake out onto a cake stand or plate (I like to use parchment paper, but that's just me.) Allow to thoroughly cool before drizzling with ganache (at least 2 to 3 hours.)
- 12. To make the ganache, pour chocolate chips into a medium heat-proof bowl. In a small saucepan, over medium heat, bring cream to a slight simmer; immediately pour heated cream over chocolate chips; whisk until completely smooth. Pour over cooled cake. (You may double ganache recipe if extra is desired for serving with chocolate dipped strawberries or for drizzling extra over individual slices.) Serve.
- 13. **NOTE: How to Quickly Bring Cream Cheese to Room Temp. Remove cream cheese from box, leaving cheese wrapped in foil only. Soak a clean kitchen towel in very hot tap water; quickly squeeze out excess water and place towel on counter. Quickly wrap cheese in towel, then place a large bowl or skillet over top to trap the heat. Cheese should be softened in 10 minutes.

- Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl and whisk for 2 minutes or until lumps are mostly gone.
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan and bake for 50-55 minutes. Check at 45 minutes. A toothpick inserted should be removed with a few crumbs, not clean.
- When done baking, remove cake and allow to cool in pan for up to five minutes. Carefully turn cake out onto a cooling rack and cool for 30 minutes more.
- Place heavy whipping cream in a large microwave safe bowl and heat for about 2 minutes. You want the cream to be just boiling.
- Carefully pour chocolate morsels into cream... it may rise up and bubble and this is ok.
- Let sit for 5 minutes. Whisk the chocolate and cream until shiny and smooth, about 1 minute.
- Pour over cooled cake and serve.

- Preheat oven to 350°F Butter and flour a 12-cup Bundt pan; set aside.
- Place brownie mix, pudding mix, beaten eggs, melted butter, and sour cream in a large bowl; stir with a wooden spoon until smooth, then pour into (greased and floured) prepared pan.

FUDGE BROWNIE BUNDT CAKE
This is a decadently delicious Brownie dessert cake that happened by accident when I couldn't find my 9x9 square brownie pan. This is for the devoted "Chocoholic". The addition of instant coffee really intensifies the chocolate flavor (a trick I learned from the Food Network). Use real butter and not margarine because margarine contains more water than fat and it is the fat in butter that helps to hold the cake together and moistens it. Otherwise the excess water in margarine will evaporate in the oven's heat, leaving your cake much drier in texture.

- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease and flour standard Bundt tube pan.
- Combine sugar, melted butter and coffee mixture in large bowl.

BODACIOUS HOLIDAY BUNDT FUDGE BROWNIES

- Preheat oven at 350 degrees F. In a medium bowl, pour brownie mix into bowl. Add vegetable or canola oil (or oil of your choice) to mix. Add water to mix. Add eggs to mix. Stir until mix is thick and consistent.
- Use any size bundt cake pan and use oil to grease pan and use flour to make sure brownies do not stick. When greasing and flouring the bundt cake pan is done, carefully pour mixture into bundt cake pan and smooth it out around the hole in the middle.
- Put into oven and bake around 30 minutes. Test your brownies by using a toothpick and inserting into the mix to see if it is done. It will come out clean if done with little or no residue. Remove from oven. Let it cool.
- When cool, use a plate and please wear a hand mitt to do this, and turn it over to allow it to come out of the Bundt pan and onto the place. Then use your frosting, my favorite is sour cream frosting, and frost the top of your Bundt brownie cake. Make sure to cover the entire top and around the hole in the middle.
- After done frosting, slice your chosen fruit, mine is mandarin orange slices, and place the slices in a creative way on top of the frosting, get creative and design your Bundt Brownie Cake.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a fluted tube pan (such as Bundt®) with nonstick spray.
