ISLAND KIELBASA
My mother gave this recipe to me and it's a quick and easy recipe to make. Take it along to your next pot luck...it's always a favorite

Steps:
- Slice Kielbasa into 1/2 inch slices and place in crockpot;.
- Add ketchup, brown sugar and the can of pineapples;.
- Stir until thoroughly blended;.
- Cook on low in crockpot for approximately 4-5 hours.

BROWN SUGAR GLAZED KIELBASA (ONLY 3 INGREDIENTS!)
Steps:
- In a nonstick skillet, add sausage and brown over medium high heat for about 4-5 minutes. Pour coca-cola and brown sugar into the skillet. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to medium low.
- Stir and simmer anywhere from 10 to 40 minutes. (All stoves are different. On my stove, it takes about 30 minutes for these to caramelize. I've made these at friends' houses and it has taken 10 minutes. You have to eye ball it. You know your stove better than I do. What you're looking for is a thick, caramelized consistency so keep stirring until it becomes a thick glaze.)
- Once the cola and brown sugar mixture become a glaze over the sliced sausages, remove the skillet from the heat. Transfer sausages to a plate and let cool for 10 minutes before serving. The sausages will be VERY HOT, please be careful. Enjoy!

CANDIED KIELBASA
Kielbasa, also called kielbasy or Polish sausage, is a spicy sausage usually made with pork (though beef is sometimes added). It comes in chunky links, and is sold precooked. I haven't met anyone yet who didn't like this dish. I even like it and I really don't care for kielbasa that much! Another bonus is that it is easy to make, and is yet another recipe for your slow cooker.

- In a slow cooker combine the sugar, ketchup and horseradish. Add the sausage, and mix well. Cook on High until it starts to boil. Reduce heat to Low, and cook until sauce thickens, about 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Was looking for a different way to prepare kielbasa sausage and found this on one of the many "mommy" websites that I frequent. Very tasty and easy to fix.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut Kielbasa into 1 inch pieces.
- Cut bacon strips in half.
- Wrap each piece of kielbasa with 1 piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
- Place bacon-wrapped sausage pieces standing up on end in a foil-lined pan .
- Generously sprinkle the brown sugar all over the sausage pieces.
- Bake until bacon is done to desired crispness, usually about 25-30 minutes.

BROWN SUGAR KIELBASA
Steps:
- Slice kielbasa into bite sized slices, and put into 13x9 baking dish.
- Sprinkle with brown sugar, top with butter.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-50 min. or until heated and crisping at edges. Stir occasionally.
