- Combine brown sugar, water, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, and cornstarch in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens, 4 to 6 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking sheet.
- Combine garlic, sage, salt, and pepper in a small bowl. Rub garlic mixture over pork tenderloins.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Arrange tenderloins in the skillet and brown evenly, 2 to 3 minutes per side. Transfer pork to the prepared baking sheet and brush with the balsamic glaze.

- In a bowl, combine your spices (paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt).
- Rub the pork chops in the spices generously.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium/high heat. When the oil is hot, add the pork chops. Cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until they have a nice caramelized brownness to them. Once you feel that they are looking browned, add a Tablespoon of brown sugar to each pork chop. Turn each pork chop over, so both sides get some melted brown sugar. (Don't add the brown sugar too early or else the sugar will burn and smoke up the room.)

- Mix all the ingredients except the pork loin in a bowl.
- Before cooking, pre-heat the oven to 190C.
- Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste. Then baste the pork loin well on all sides with the glaze mix before placing on a baking tray covered in tin foil.
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 190C. Then turn the pork and baste again and put back in the oven. Repeat this process, re-basting every 20 minutes, until the pork is fully cooked. About 50-60 minutes for that size of pork loin.

- Preheat the oven to 400ºF. In a bowl, combine the brown sugar, cayenne, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Place the pork loin on a parchment lined baking sheet or in a large casserole dish with the fat cap facing up. GLAZED PORK LOIN CHOP

- Mix sugar, salt, and herbs in dry stainless steel bowl. Rub pork loin with olive oil and garlic, then massage the brown sugar and herb mixture into the meat. Let the pork loin marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.
- Remove pork from the refrigerator and coat it with the excess marinade in the bottom of the pan. Transfer to the oven and cook until the internal temperature measures 145 degrees F on a meat thermometer. I got this from Publix. I use pork chops instead of tenderloin. It's very quick and easy but i only get about two chops out of this mix. So, I double it or triple it depending on how many chops i make.

- 1) Crush garlic, using garlic press, into medium bowl. Use knife to remove garlic from bottom of press. Stir in brown sugar and steak seasoning until well blended.
- 2) Preheat large saute pan on medium heat 2-3 minutes. Cut pork diagonally into about eight 1-inch-thick slices. Place pork slices in bowl and press into mixture. Turn and press again to lightly season both sides (wash hands).

This is an often-requested recipe in my home. The flavorful sauce tastes like you spent hours working on it, but it is one of the simplest dinner recipes that I prepare. I first came across the recipe in a Publix advertisement, but have tweaked it slightly.

- Combine brown sugar, garlic, and Montreal steak seasoning. Divide mixture amongst the pork loin chops and press on both sides of each chop to season.
- Place 1 tbsp of the butter in a saute' pan and melt on medium heat. After butter is melted, put chops in pan and brown slowly on both sides. Remove meat from heat.
- Add remaining 1 tbsp of butter to pan and let melt. Mix with remaining garlic and brown sugar bits left from browning meat. Add wine. Bring to a boil and let simmer down to make a nice glaze. You can add meat back and keep spooning liquid mixture over meat or leave meat out of the pan and pour finished glaze over to serve.
- * This can easily be doubled. I use 2 tbsp of butter to brown the chops, but only 1 tbsp of butter to make sauce.

- Preheat oven to 400F (200C).
- In a large measuring cup or bowl, whisk together pineapple juice, honey, brown sugar, vinegar, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- Heat about 2 teaspoons of olive oil in a large oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes. Swirl to coat the pan. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, for about 1 more minute.
- Add chops to the skillet and sear on both sides until brown (about 2-3 minutes per side). Remove chops to a plate and set aside.
- Pour off fat from the pan. Add pineapple juice mixture to the pan and simmer over high heat for about 6-10 minutes, or until the glaze is reduced to about 1 cup. I like to use a wooden spoon to scrape up the bits from the bottom of the pan as I occasionally stir, which gives the glaze so much great flavor!
- Add pork chops back to the skillet with the glaze, toss to coat, and place entire skillet in the oven. Bake chops for approximately 6-10 minutes (depending on the thickness of the chops) or until meat is cooked through (reaching an internal temperature of 145 degrees).
- Allow the meat to rest for about 3-5 minutes and then garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.

- In small bowl or 2-cup glass measuring pitcher, whisk together first ingredients up to EVOO well. While whisking, stream in EVOO until well incorporated.
- Crack fresh black pepper from pepper mill over each side of chops and place into a small ziplock bag. Drizzle 1 1/2 Tbl. of marinade over each side of chops in bag using 3 Tbl. total. Seal bag closed well and squish around to coat well. Reserve rest of marinade, cover and refrigerate chops and marinade. Marinate chops for 3-4 hours or overnight, turning occasionally.
- When ready to grill, remove chops and reserved marinade from fridge. Heat gas grill to High to get going. When hot, reduce to Medium/Medium-Low. Oil grates well with vegetable oil-soaked paper towels with tongs and place chops onto hot grates. Close lid and keep grill at about 350 degrees as best you can. Grill for 8-10 minutes, rotating (not turning) a half-turn once for cross-hatch grill marks and checking to make sure they aren't burning. (*Move to a cooler spot if they are. All grills cook differently and have hot spots.)
- After 8-10 minutes, turn over and repeat. When about 1-2 minutes left start basting. Turn and baste each side several times using up as much marinade as possible. (If your grill is getting them too done, turn off one of the burners and cook over a more indirect heat.)
