- In 2-quart saucepan, heat brown sugar and orange juice to boiling over medium heat, stirring frequently. Boil 5 minutes.
- Stir in cranberries. Heat to boiling. Boil about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until cranberries are popped and mixture has thickened. Stir in orange peel.
- Cover; refrigerate about 3 hours or until chilled.

- Prepare all of the ingredients.
- Heat up the Pot and add brown sugar substitute. Using low heat, let the sugar melt fully. Be careful not to overheat it, otherwise, your brown sugar will burn.
- Once you see the brown sugar substitute almost all melted, quickly add Cranberries and with a spatula coat them all with the melted brown sugar.
- Add a bit of water and start the cooking process.
- Let Cranberries cook together with water on a slow heat. Let them cook until cranberries start cracking. This takes approximately 10 minutes. Using a spatula, you can press on all of the Cranberries to crack them open and release the extra sauce.
- Store or serve.

- Bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
