- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Stir ketchup, brown sugar, salt, and chili powder together in a bowl until smooth. Spread a small amount of the ketchup mixture into the bottom of the prepared loaf pan.
- Mix ground beef, croutons, onion, eggs, milk, and black pepper together in a large bowl; shape into a loaf and put into prepared pan. Spread remaining ketchup mixture over the loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).

- Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the beef, pork, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce, egg, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared sheet pan and shape by hand into a loaf, about 8x4 inches.
- Whisk together the sauce ingredients and set aside 3 tablespoons. Brush the remaining sauce over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the meatloaf and brush the reserved sauce on top. Bake for 15-20 more minutes.

- In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients; set aside. In a large bowl, mix together meat loaf ingredients. Add half of the sauce to the meat loaf mixture; mix well. Press into a 9x5-in. loaf pan. - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Combine ketchup, brown sugar, and salt in a small mixing bowl and allow to sit for a couple of minutes to allow sugar to dissolve.
- Spoon one-third cup of sauce into bottom of a loaf pan. Set aside.
- Place ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, bell pepper, eggs, milk, and one-third cup of glaze into food processor and process until mixture is thoroughly blended.
- Place meat mixture into loaf pan and smooth down the top.
- Spread remaining glaze on top of loaf and bake for 1 hour or until internal temperature is 155 to 160 degrees.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together the beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper, and 1/2 cup of the tomato sauce. Form this mixture into a loaf and place it in a shallow pan. Stir together the remaining tomato sauce, vinegar, sugar, mustard, Worcestershire and the water (if too thick). Pour this sauce over the meatloaf. Bake for 1 hour, basting every 15 minutes with the pan juices.
- Cook's Note: Try serving as a sandwich with mayonnaise.

- Gather the ingredients. Lightly grease a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef and pork, breadcrumbs, egg, 2/3 cup ketchup, 2 tablespoons Creole mustard, 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce, grill seasoning, and chopped onion.
