Time 19m

Yield 6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 11

2 garlic cloves
3/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
3/4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
1 tablespoon dry white wine
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons whole-grain mustard

  • Transfer the fillets to plates and serve with lemon wedges.

EASY MUSTARD-GLAZED BROILED SALMON

Easy Mustard-Glazed Broiled Salmon image

This simple recipe makes a great salmon glaze. The sugar in the seasoned rice vinegar caramelizes under the broiler and the sweet, salty vinegar works perfectly with the tangy mustard. While my original recipe only had two ingredients, I've added Sriracha hot sauce and a pinch of salt.
