Steps:
- Place broccoli in a steamer basket over boiling water.
- Cover pan and steam 5 minutes.
- Heat a heavy nonstick skillet or wok over medium high heat. Add bacon and cook 2 minutes.
- Add broccoli and pine nuts and stir-fry 3-4 minutes, or until broccoli is just tender.
- Stir in chives.

Steps:
- chop broccoli heads into tiny bite-size pieces (the smaller the better)
- chop cilantro and onions
- dice the apple using a mandolin or with a knife
- place all ingredients into a large mixing ball, add cranberries, pine nuts, salt, mayo and balsamic reduction
- toss until every ingredient is well coated with mayo and balsamic reduction
- marinate (let it sit) for 15-30 mins in a fridge
- toss and enjoy!

Steps:
- Wash and cut broccoli in medium florets
- In a bowl combine 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil, 2 minced cloves of garlic, 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1/2 tsp sea salt. Add broccoli and toss well until all florets are covered in the olive oil mixture.
- Spread broccoli on a foil lined baking sheet and roast at 400 F for about 12 minutes until tender.
- While the broccoli are roasting in the oven, cook bacon and cut in small pieces.
- When broccoli are ready, mix in bacon and serve warm.

- Pre-heat the oven to 400°F and line a half sheet baking pan with parchment. Trim broccoli into florets with some stem left. Slice larger pieces in half top to bottom. For trimming help, see photos in post.
- Toss florets with oil. Lay florets flat in a single layer and sprinkle evenly with garlic, pepper and salt. Roast for 15 minutes or until the edges are just browned and stems are tender when pierced with a sharp paring knife. Timing will depend on your oven. To serve, sprinkle with pine nuts, lemon zest and Parmesan.
