Steps:
- Cut off the thickest stalks of the broccoli.
- Use a flat microwave dish.
- Place broccoli on the plate with the stalks to the out side. Cover and cook on HIGH 8 - 12 minutes until tender crisp.
- Drain.
- Spoon the sour cream over the broccoli.
- Sprinkle with pepper, then add the breadcrumbs.
- Top with the cheese. Cook uncovered on MEDIUM 3 - 4 minutes, or place under a grill for 1 - 2 minutes until bubbly.

Steps:
- Cut broccoli into flowerets. Boil in 1 cup water until tender, about 10 minutes. Drain.
- Place broccoli in blender with 1/4 cup of the sour cream. Blend until smooth, stopping and scraping down sides occasionally.
- Pour into bowl, mix in remaining sour cream, cheese, basil and salt.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with assorted crackers, chips and fresh sliced vegetable dippers. Makes 2 1/4 cups.

- Place broccoli in a steamer basket; place in a large saucepan over 1 in. of water. Bring to a boil; cover and steam for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. , Meanwhile, in a small skillet, saute onion in butter until tender. Remove from the heat; stir in the sour cream, honey, vinegar, salt and paprika. , Transfer broccoli to a serving bowl. Add sour cream mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cashews.

- Mix the Sour Cream Dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Adjust salt and pepper to taste. and set aside for 20 minutes for the flavours to develop. Use milk to adjust dressing to desired consistency.
- Break / cut broccoli into smallish florets. Blanch in boiling water or steam until just cooked - it should still be tender but crisp. Drain in a colander, run under tap water to help cool faster and leave to cool. Shake around in colander occasionally to loosen water caught in the floret heads (watery broccoli salad not nice!).
