Steps:
- Place green beans in a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender yet firm to the bite, about 5 minutes. Drain.
- Cook and stir red bell pepper and onion in a large nonstick skillet until tender, about 5 minutes. Add mushrooms; cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
- While mushrooms are cooking, drain and rinse noodles; set aside.
- Combine almond milk, cream cheese, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, and pepper in a blender; blend until smooth.
- Add greens beans, noodles, cream cheese mixture, and tuna to the mushroom mixture. Stir gently until heated through, 5 to 8 minutes.

- 1. Cook and drain noodles in a large pan. Leave noodles in the pan. In a medium sauce pan, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir. Add salt and pepper. Add the dried onion flakes. Stir in 2 cups milk until thickened. Stir in the cheese and mushroom soup. Fold in the tuna. Add the broccoli to the noodles then stir in the sauce. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with French's Fried Onions. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook noodles according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a shallow 3-qt. or 13x9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. , Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender. Bake casserole as directed, increasing time as necessary to heat through and for a thermometer inserted in center to read 165°.
